Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Exchange Conditions

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Customized products, personalized items, and stickers are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases where:
• Incorrect product was delivered
• Product arrived damaged or defective

For damaged or defective product claims, customers must provide a clear unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery for verification and resolution.
